It’s National Blueberry Month! To celebrate, here is a simple breakfast or snack recipe for students on-the-go.
What You’ll Need:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
What To Do:
Put the banana, frozen peach slices, blueberries and yogurt in a blender and process until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
