Exercise Efficiently: 30 Minute Workouts

Often, it seems as though there are two extreme types of people when it comes to physical fitness: those who spend hours in the gym and those who have never set foot in one. How do we find a happy medium? According to reports, the ideal workout length is 30 minutes, 5 times a week.

According to the Huffington Post, shorter workouts that target more than one place on the body can be more beneficial than marathon gym sessions. It’s all about efficiently exercising and using compound movements. Check out the video below:
